1. Eligibility for Rental

You must be 18 years or older with a valid driving license.

A government-approved ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, or Voter ID) is required.

The rider should be physically and mentally fit to drive.
2. Booking & Payment

A small advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid at the time of vehicle pickup.

Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, or cash.
3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required while renting a bike or scooty.

The deposit will be refunded after vehicle return, subject to inspection.
4. Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle must be used only by the person who booked it.

The rider should follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.

Vehicles should not be used for racing, illegal activities, or outside approved locations without prior permission.
5. Fuel Policy

Bikes are provided with limited fuel. Customers must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as given at the time of pickup.
6. Damage & Responsibility

Any damage, loss, or accident caused during the rental period is the responsibility of the rider.

Repair costs, if any, will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

Helmets are provided for safety and must be worn while riding.
7. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.

Advance payment refunds vary depending on the cancellation time.
8. Breakdown & Assistance

In case of a breakdown, our team provides 24/7 roadside assistance.

If the issue cannot be fixed, a replacement vehicle (if available) will be provided.
9. Late Return Policy

Delays in returning the vehicle will result in extra charges.

If the delay exceeds the agreed rental period, the company may charge a penalty.
10. Company Rights

Wheel Street Bike Rental reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of fake documents, unsafe driving, or misuse of the vehicle.
