1. Advance Payment Refund

If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more before the pickup time, you will get a 100% refund of your advance payment.

If you cancel 24–48 hours before pickup, 50% of the advance will be refunded.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, the advance payment will not be refunded.
2. No Show Policy
If you do not collect the bike at the scheduled time and fail to inform us, the booking will be marked as a No Show, and no refund will be issued.
3. Ride Cancellation by Company
In rare cases, if we are unable to provide the booked vehicle due to technical issues or unavoidable reasons, we will:

Provide a similar or better bike/scooty as replacement, or
-
Give a 100% refund of your advance payment.
4. Refund for Vehicle Breakdown

If your bike faces a mechanical issue during the ride that cannot be fixed, we will try to provide a replacement vehicle.

If a replacement is not available, you will get a partial refund depending on the remaining duration of your booking.
5. Refund Mode & Timeline

All refunds will be made to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, etc.).

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days.
6. Non-Refundable Situations

Delay in returning the bike.

Damage to the vehicle due to careless driving or accidents.

Riding outside permitted locations without prior approval.
